When Lisa (Davis) Rogers founded marketing and branding firm, The Davis Agency, in 1991, she was aware of the value of investment. The foundations of her agency were built upon a desk made from a door, two filing cabinets and a Rolodex filled to capacity. Through a mere initial investment of $20, the agency grew into a multi-million dollar firm producing award-winning creative known as One Alliance Communications.
After receiving its new name in 1993, One Alliance moved forward in an ever-evolving industry with its core values intact.
Its consistent devotion to clients and the industry has secured One Alliance recognition on a local, national, and international level for producing award-winning work. Since its establishment, One Alliance has received numerous prestigious honors including Ollies from the Hollywood Radio and Television Society, multiple Silver Microphone Awards and numerous ADDY awards for Best of Radio, Best in Copywriting, and Judges Choice awards.
One Alliance was the first-ever recipient of an award from the Federal Highway Administration for the most innovative public relations campaign. In 2001, the Lexington Chamber of Commerce named the agency Small Business of the Year. The U.S. Local Business Association awarded One Alliance the 2008 Best of Lexington Award in the Advertising Agencies category, recognizing the agency's exceptional achievements in marketing success in the local community.
Although One Alliance exhibits an outstanding shelf of honors, its greatest reward is the success of clients under its council of professionals. Several of its many recorded successes include a 25% increase in annual sales for an international client, a 400% annual increase for a state transportation program, and doubling of annual revenue for a local business. The agency's success stems from many years of dedicated work across numerous industries, including healthcare, transportation and safety related public awareness campaigns.
One Alliance has created and produced successful public awareness campaigns for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, the Kentucky State Police and the Kentucky Association of Highway Contractors received national creative recognition, including an award from the Federal Highway Association (FHWA).
The firm's medical clientele includes the Women's Care Center, Central Baptist Hospital, United Radiation Oncology, and Berdy Medical Systems, which worked alongside One Alliance on a campaign to brand its revolutionary SmartClinic and MDtrends software for the national hospital and large physician practice markets.
As spoken by Lisa (Davis) Rogers, "The awards are nice, but the real reward is that our work 'works.'"
